We came up to visit some friends and stay at a cabin in South Lake Tahoe. Our family and two other families were meeting up to spend some fun together and hang out at the lake.

Chicago 2021
It’s currently the Monday before the weekend Chicago trip that Jennifer and I plan to take for our 13th year wedding anniversary. We’re both really excited about this one! None of us have ever been to Chicago before. I’m so excited that I started this blog a week early just to bring it up. And just to be clear, there is WiFi in Chicago ?. More to come…
And unfortunately, for now, our trip will be postponed. ?

All summer long we knew we wanted to take a camping trip but with all the events going on and me having to work through the summer, it made it difficult to schedule anything. As many campers know, it’s usually a smart thing to book a site early on to make sure there are available spots. So when we finally decided to squeeze in a trip it was almost impossible to find something a week out. Because of this we knew we had to pick a spot that was away from our location. On top of that, we always wanted to try out camping somewhere south (we always go north).
With a little bit of lucky, we got in to a camp site in Mission Bay San Diego.
